Interviewing and Selecting Employees workshops

This workshop is designed to assist participants in developing appropriate interview questions, evaluation scales, and interview processes based on the functions of the job.  It will also provide updates on laws and regulations applicable to the interview process.  Learn how to minimize turnover through effective hiring practices.  And if turnover does happen – make sure the hiring process doesn’t eat you alive!
