Amazon’s CEO has been named Fortune’s 2012 Business Person of the Year. His pro-customer mentality has led to great successes–successes that have been unmatched by any other companies. Everyone can learn from the customer service standards that he has set in the company, as well as the company culture that he has established . How can we take his techniques to make the college experience more customer friendly for our students?
