Hilary Brannon from Undergraduate Admissions, and Sarah Corbett and Faye Hall from Housing have completed LEAD I -Supervisory Essentials training.
The Learn, Educate and Develop series of courses is a two-track management development program that is designed to assist university employees in enhancing their knowledge, skills and abilities to lead people and get results. Many Student Affairs and Academic Support supervisors have already participated in some of the courses, and the feedback has been exceptional. New supervisors are required to complete LEAD I within 18 months. The program consists of six courses with a total of 23.5 classroom hours.
