The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs will offer a new lunch and learn series that will aid staff and faculty in having inclusive discussions with students.
“How to talk about Charleston” will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31 in Russell House 301. The conversation will focus on how to engage peers, colleagues and students in conversation regarding the tragic shooting.
On Wednesday, Sept. 2, OMSA will partner with Counseling and Psychiatry to examine the emotional trauma that results from oppression. That conversation will begin at 12 p.m. in Russell House 348.
