Be Our Guest: Change Etiquette in the Workplace
In a tale as old as time, you have been invited to experience change within the workplace. In positions of leadership, serving as a role model both in initiating and embracing change is influential. Holly Bruner and the Office of University Housing  invites you to be our guest in discussing and exploring change etiquette in order to make a positive impact in your workplace!

Adapting to the Needs of the Growing Off-Campus Student Population
With over 70% of our students currently living off-campus, university staff must be actively adapting to best support non-residential student success and persistence at UofSC. Attend this session with Janie Kerzan, Office of Off-Campus Student Services ,to learn about the changing off-campus housing landscape, to share best practices, and generate new ideas to enhance UofSC off-campus student experience.

Leading Change Across the Organization
Change is common in Residence Life. Leading that change across an organization takes thoughtful practice and input from all levels of an organization. In this session Keith Ellis and the Office of University Housing will focus on how Residence Life planned for and instituted change leading up to the anticipated Fair Labor Standards Act in December 2017. While the outcome may be interesting, the process is what is most important.

Be sure to RSVP so you don’t miss out, and view the complete program [pdf] to learn more.
